Meat Wrapper/Clerk

Full time, hourly position: identify, wrap, and label all cuts of beef, pork, and venison; work with speed and accuracy; able to lift 50 lbs. easily; have own transportation; withstand working in a cold environment;  clean and sanitize processing room; reassemble meat processing equipment; be punctual; answer the phone;  wait on customers; package meat orders; and assist on harvest floor.  Experience a plus, but will train right person.  References and resume required.  Salary commensurate with experience. Butcher/Meat Cutter 

Full-time, hourly position: must be experienced in all aspects of meat processing: harvest hogs and cattle (skinning and eviscerating); fresh meat processing breaking down of carcasses into primal cuts); sausage making; and smoked meats of beef and pork. Must be able to lift 100 lbs.  HACCP training/certification, a plus.  Managerial and personnel experience, a plus. References and resume required.  Salary commensurate with experience.
