Venison Processing

All hunters can bring us their clean, boneless chunks of venison that they cut themselves or from another processor for the following processing services:

All Meat must be:

  1. Without fat.

  2. No hair, blood clots, or outdoor debris (leafs, dirt, etc) in or on the meat.

  3. must be presented in clear food grade plastic bags and/or containers

  4. Any meat brought in a garbage bag, scented or unscented, will be refused and turned away.

  5. Chunks of meat can be the size of your fist. Small amount of silver skin is acceptable.

  6. All meat needs to be fresh or, if frozen, thawed out for inspection upon drop off.

Malafy's reserves the right to refuse any boneless meat unfit for processing.

PLEASE NOTE:
All meat NOT picked up within 3 days of the first phone call will be subject to a $3/box/day storage fee. No excuses. No exceptions.

HUNTERS WHO CUT THEIR OWN DEER:
We accept clean, boneless meat for processing, but you need to get on our list ASAP. First come; first served. Check our Venison Information Sheet.
